1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on cx77 or by accessing any part of the platform — including the sports betting section, slot games, live casino, bingo rooms or game lobby — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and cx77. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any cx77 services. Creating an account constitutes your acceptance of these terms regardless of whether you have read them fully.

These terms apply to all cx77 players regardless of the device used to access the platform — mobile app, mobile browser or desktop browser. The same rules apply whether you are accessing cx77 for the first time or are a returning player.

2 Account Registration

To use cx77 you must create a registered account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not excluded from gaming platforms either by your own request or by any applicable restriction.
• The information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — is accurate and up to date.

Each individual is permitted to hold one cx77 account only. If cx77 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method or the same device — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. cx77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your own failure to keep credentials secure.

cx77 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. This may include asking for a copy of a valid national identity document, proof of your payment method or confirmation of your date of birth. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on cx77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cx77 supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers credited to your cx77 balance
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfers processed in real time
• Raast — instant inter-bank PKR transfers via Pakistan's Raast payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct PKR bank transfers from your registered bank account
• Debit/Credit Cards — PKR card payments where supported
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet services as available

Deposits are credited to your cx77 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfer processing times depend on your bank and may take longer.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by cx77, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are outside cx77's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. cx77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered cx77 player may be reversed and the depositing account may be reviewed.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your cx77 balance are paid in PKR to your nominated payment method. You can request a withdrawal to the same JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked bank account or bank account that you used to deposit, subject to verification.

cx77 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Standard withdrawal times to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically completed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. cx77 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain amount. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any problem with your account.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• cx77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of account verification or investigation of suspected policy violations.
• Repeated withdrawal requests that are cancelled by the player may trigger a review of the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cx77 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your cx77 bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer has a stated wagering requirement — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 using the bonus funds before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games contributions vary by title. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — the specific offer page will state the contribution rates.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any bonus not used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
• cx77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited to accounts and actively being wagered will not be removed mid-wager cycle without notice.
• Players who appear to be exploiting bonus offers — for example through multi-accounting, placing offsetting bets to meet requirements with minimal risk, or other forms of bonus abuse — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.

6 Sports Betting Rules

cx77 offers sports betting across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other competitions. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on cx77.

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format unless you have changed your preference in account settings.
• A bet is confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. Bets remain open until the relevant event is settled. You can view open bets in your account bet history at any time.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. cx77 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice — for example during a wicket falling in a cricket match, a VAR review in football or any other event that temporarily changes the risk profile of a market.
• If an event is abandoned, cancelled or not completed within the timeframe set by cx77's rules, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules. For cricket, if fewer than the minimum number of overs are bowled, match bets are typically voided. Specific competition rules are available in the sports section of the platform.
• PSL matches: cx77 offers ball-by-ball in-play markets for Pakistan Super League fixtures. These markets are subject to temporary suspension during ball-by-ball review periods. Bets confirmed before suspension are valid.
• cx77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error. In such cases the stake is returned to your cx77 balance and you will be notified.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets. These limits are set per market and may be lower for in-play bets on certain events. The maximum stake for any given market is visible at the point of bet placement.

7 Casino & Slots Rules

The cx77 casino section includes slot games, live casino tables (live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat) and bingo rooms. The following rules apply to all casino and slot gameplay.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer draws in the case of live casino games. cx77 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• If a technical fault occurs during a casino game session — for example a disconnection during a live blackjack hand — cx77 will resolve the round according to the game provider's rules for interrupted sessions. In most cases a disconnected live casino round will be resolved and the outcome recorded. In cases where resolution is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance.
• Slot game results and payout percentages (Return to Player rates) are determined by the individual game providers. These rates are audited independently and are not adjustable by cx77 on a per-player or per-session basis.
• Bingo rooms on cx77 operate on a scheduled session basis. Tickets purchased for a session are non-refundable once that session has begun. If a session is cancelled before it starts, ticket costs are returned to your cx77 balance.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunction is identified during or after a session, cx77 reserves the right to void the affected round's outcome and return the stake.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cx77 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one cx77 account, or registering an account in another person's name.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial means to place bets, access games or interact with the platform.
• Match fixing, collusion or any form of corrupt conduct in sports betting markets.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials or any illegal source.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit (chargeback) after withdrawing associated winnings.
• Using the cx77 platform in any way that could reasonably be interpreted as money laundering or financial crime.
• Sharing your account access with another person or allowing a third party to use your account for betting or gaming.

cx77 monitors all accounts continuously for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily held pending review. This does not imply guilt and is a precautionary measure while the review is completed.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

cx77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account suspension include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the responsible gaming tools.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a prolonged period may be classified as dormant.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be voided depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's nominated withdrawal method after completion of any applicable verification.

Dormant account balances: cx77 may apply a dormancy fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Details of the dormancy policy and any applicable fees are available from cx77 support on request.

10 Responsible Gaming

cx77 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment and is not intended to be a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. If gaming ever feels like it is moving beyond entertainment, cx77 provides tools to help you manage your activity.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can be lowered at any time. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Enable time-based reminders to notify you when you have been active on the platform for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a full platform exclusion for a set period. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Optional prompts that display how long you have been in an active gaming session.

cx77 will not send bonus offers or promotional communications to players who have active self-exclusions or deposit limits at the maximum level. 11 Privacy & Data

cx77 collects and processes personal data in order to provide the platform, verify account holders, process PKR transactions and comply with security requirements. By registering a cx77 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing your mobile number, payment method details and betting/gaming history for the purpose of operating your account and maintaining platform security.

cx77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks) for the purpose of processing your transactions, and with fraud prevention and identity verification services where required.

12 Limitation of Liability

cx77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While cx77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, cx77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• cx77 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on the player's side or events outside cx77's reasonable control.
• cx77 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• cx77 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's own betting or gaming decisions. All bets and game participation are made at the player's own risk.
• In the event of a pricing error in a sports betting market, cx77's liability is limited to returning the player's original stake. cx77 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

Nothing in these terms limits cx77's liability for fraud or conduct that cannot be limited by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

cx77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cx77 will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, cx77 may also send a notification to registered players via their account email or mobile number.

Continued use of the cx77 platform after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with a material change to the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact cx77 support to close your account and request return of any verified real-money balance.

cx77 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it periodically, particularly before the start of major cricket or PSL seasons when promotional terms and betting rules may be updated.
